Delete your account
In the app, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account, your entoma and your hive are deleted. If you cannot reach the button, email support@entomia.gg from the address on your account, with the words "delete my account".
Report a bug
Say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Add your iPhone model, your iOS version, the app's version (it is in Settings) and a screenshot if you have one. The time it happened helps too.
Ages 13 and over
Entomia is for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not make an account. If you believe a player is under 13, email us and we will look into it.
Report a player or a name
Email the player's name, what happened and roughly when. A screenshot helps. We read every report.
